Accounting
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial and personnel data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and reporting is a plus

    Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in designing commercial, industrial, or specialty doors (e.g., four-fold, hangar, sliding, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design platforms)
  • Experience with structural steel and aluminum fabrication practices
  • Understanding of applicable codes and standards (e.g., IBC, NFPA, ASTM, AISC)
  • Ability to produce detailed shop drawings, submittals, and fabrication packages
  • Knowledge of door hardware, motorized systems, and control integration preferred
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, welding, and on-site installation considerations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to job sites for field measurements or support (as needed)
